Welcome to Hestia’s Table. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Hestia’s Table provides culinary services for retreats, events, and private gatherings. Specific details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Final payment is due by the date specified in your invoice.
Late payments may incur fees.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and costs incurred.

3. Dietary Needs & Allergies

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions or food sensitivities if complete information is not provided in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details and access to kitchen or venue facilities as needed. Additional charges may apply for extended services, travel, or last-minute changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, menus, and branding associated with Hestia’s Table are the intellectual property of Alex Rossano and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, force majeure). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or small claims court in San Francisco, CA.
