Refund Policy – Hestia’s Table

At Hestia’s Table, we take pride in providing exceptional culinary and wellness experiences. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance of the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 7–13 days of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Retreats & Events:


Due to the planning, sourcing, and preparation required, all retreat and special event bookings are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

 

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date upon approval.

​

No Shows:


Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice will not receive a refund.

​

Rescheduling:


We allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice. Additional changes may incur a fee.

If you have extenuating circumstances, we encourage open communication. We will always aim to be fair and understanding within reason.
